Hotel Royal Hoi An - MGallery

Highly recommended. Great Hotel and a good location. Our flight from Ho Chi Min was delayed 5 hours and we arrived in the middle of the night. They made checking in as quick and smooth as possible. Breakfast will not disappoint, one of the widest range of options you will ever experience. If we are ever in Hoi An again will definitely be staying here again - if you can get a room with a river view, you've scored a lovely place to stay!

This Hotel would be one of the best ones I have stayed at in south-east Asia. The Hotel is conveniently located; ‘close enough’ to walk to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An Old Town and ‘far enough’ so one could be away from it if you wished to. I believe that the heart and soul of the Hotel comes from staff who makes or break one’s stay in any establishment. My very first mention go to Chef ‘Tuyet’ for her friendliness and hospitality over and above what I had experienced so far. Her cooking of my omelette and making of my very first ‘cao lau’, a local Hoi An noodles, is simply ‘exquisite’. I’ve never said that about food ever, I don’t think 🫰🏽🫶🏽 Other staff to mention are ‘Chi’ for her very nice coffees and assistance, front desk staff, Vy and Quynh and ‘Bao’ the porter. Many thanks to all staff at the Hotel Royal Hoi An - MGallery for making our stay a very memorable one ❤️

If I could give this hotel more than 10/10, I would. I stayed in the old build (which had a different feel/interior style to the new build - although both are amazing) and the room was huge! The bed was massive and probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in. Room was dark at night and no noise disturbance (hard to get in Vietnam!). The staff were incredibly efficient and professional - really great customer service. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk along the river into central Hoi An - it’s a great location! Room service food was good and there was even a bath! I really can’t fault this hotel.

the rooms where phenomenal. the river view was lovely but we didn’t spend much time in the room coz we where out most of the time.

Had an upper floor room with view over main pool - clean and well kept. Fresh breakfast with lots of options. Roof top pool has a Bar Service and view back over the river. Hotel is located 5-10 mins walk to start of old town / night markets. Electric buggies and Grab available at minimal cost with Friendly drivers. Hotel organised a driver for a day trip to Ba Na hills - spacious car and professional pick-up/drop-off. All staff very helpful.
